A family bakery, rooted in tradition

Panadería Dulce Aroma Bread Co. started with a simple idea: that the smell of fresh pan dulce should feel like home, no matter how far from home you are. Our family has been baking these recipes for generations — conchas with their delicate shell topping, crusty bolillos pulled from the oven before sunrise, and tres leches soaked overnight the way our abuela taught us.

Today you'll find us in the West Salem Shopping Center on Peters Creek Parkway, where neighbors from all over Winston-Salem stop in for a warm concha and a café de olla. Every loaf, pastry, and cake is made by hand in our kitchen, in small batches, throughout the day.
